It was fun to cheer for her but I felt a tad bit guilty.
Number 9, on our home team, is in our ward and I "played" volleyball with her last year.
The "other" team won! Good job, Katie!

Today, my daughter, Camille, was on Studio 5 because she gets to drive a Chevrolet Traverse for a month and blog about it! You can see her cute self here:
I hope I can drive that loaded vehicle before she has to return it!
I have a question. What should I do with 6 cases of Lime-Away? Maybe I should include a bottle with each giveaway I'm having. If you haven't entered, you better go here!
Camille looked so awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt's ok to cheer for both! And your daughter is so beautiful..lucky her! Six cases?!!! Donate it to a good, needy cause! ;D
ReplyDeleteWow Camille got a great gig!! Lucky girl. It will be fun to read about!!
ReplyDeleteI think it is kind of fun that you got to cheer for both teams - No guilt necessary just lots of love going around :)
I wish I had Katie's volleyball skillz. And keep that Lime-Away away from my Mary Kay make-up!
ReplyDeleteHow did you end up with 6 cases of Lime-Away? I have never used the product before, does it really work?
ReplyDeleteI loved playing volley ball when I was young. Got to coach church and then a city league. How difficult to feel the need to cheer for both teams. I am sure you did it gracefully.
Have a great day!
Lime away is good stuff :) Wish I lived closer and I'd take some from you. Cammille is rockin and she's gonna hate giving that car back. Maybe they will surprise her and give it to her :)
ReplyDeleteFirst of all...What are you doing with 6 case of Lime-Away? There was a time in my life when I could have used 6 cases of Lime-Away!!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! Your niece Katie is a Tall Tree. That's a good thing if you want to be an awesome volleyball player. My daughters were 4'11" and 5'. They were setters!
Camille was so cute on the video! It sounds like she'll have a lot of fun. Goodness, that's a lot of Lime Away! I actually use it and it works fine. Thanks for stopping by my blog - I'm glad to have met you in the blogosphere.
ReplyDeleteWe got the Lime-Away from my brother-in-law who got it from a truck driver. The driver was delivering it to a retail store but the boxes were damaged and the store wouldn't take it. My BIL was kind enough to share! Gigi, I wish you lived closer too - for more reasons than to get rid of a bottle of Lime Away!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun opportunity for Camille!
ReplyDeleteLime-away huh.... Give one to each of your kids..... with the invitation that they can come to your house anytime to use it :)
Have a great day :)
I miss going to volleyball games--I'm especially impressed because I can't jump any more ; (
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Camille. That is so fun. (And btw, she is adorable.
How do I get picked to drive a new car for a month and blog about it?
ReplyDeleteHope your high school isn't too mad about the wrong cheering:)
There seems to be choices between good and good all around us. The most important is the fun to be had while cheering and enjoying the game..
ReplyDeleteI watched beautiful Camille and didn't know she was YOURS!!! I was just thinking GOOD for THEM! What a great month she is and the others will have. Can she sneak you into the massage with her? :D
What a sweet deal Camille has gotten! You have a beautiful and confident daughter! I'm sure she'll let you sit behind the wheel once or twice... will she give you the keys though? That's the question!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteAnd call me weird (most people do) but I always cheer for both teams when I watch a game. I think everyone should be encouraged to do their best and applauded when they do well. We're all humans and love to have someone tell us we do a good job!
Very cute daughter of yours!!!! I wish she could keep it forever!
ReplyDeleteHey, I wrote your salsa recipe down and lost it. Where can I find it????
hey, i say root for whatever team you wanna. someone has a beef with it? so sad, too bad. you don't have to explain yourself to nobody! =)
ReplyDeletewhat's this jazz about keeping the lime away far from the mary kay???? very curious.
