Oh my word. Is that REALLY Troy? I don't know cause I've only seen him like 3 times in my life, but WOW....if it is, then that kid NEEDS to be entered in some contests!! That is funny!!
The difference between Troy and this baby is - this baby's wearing a diaper! Troy's a streaker!
