I went with my daughter-in-law, Rachael. Her mother sings in the choir and had some tickets for her family. Rachael invited me to tag along since her hubby (my son, Dave) didn't want to go. (Thank you, Dave! Thank you, Rachael!)
It was awesome! The music was beautiful! David Archuleta was the guest singer. He might not be as seasoned as some of the former guests, and he seemed nervous, (who wouldn't be while performing in front of 21,000 people?) but he was cute, humble and his singing was spot-on! The second time he came on stage, the spotlight hit him and he did a little wave. It brought a chuckle from the audience. Michael York did a tremendous job of narrating the story about the Tabernacle Choir and reading from Luke.
The spirit in the conference center makes this event even more awesome!
I have worked with these ladies in Transitional Kindergarten at one time or another. All but one have gone on to do other things, but we have kept the friendship as our connection. We try to get together 2 or 3 times a year. We laugh, we eat, we reminisce, and laugh some more. “Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget!"
Just for fun, I checked out the picture that was taken when we were together in August. I wonder if you can see a difference in me from August to now. Look at the body mass...not that I want you to look at my body, but I've lost 25 pounds since then.
Can you tell?
We have only 1 week until Christmas. If you're not ready for Christmas, like me, this may be a stressful week.
I hope you enjoy it anyway! I know I will.
It is the most wonderful time of the year!

So you got a Golden Ticket, eh? Nice.
Archuletta once stood on my lawn. We have erected a shrine. It's in the parking strip.
Oh my gosh Connie, can I tell? You are amazing, I haven't lost any pounds in years! How fun to be with friends. I am so happy for you that you got to go to the concert, I was so hoping but oh well. I do love him because of his humility. Have a great week, I only have some baking left to do and I am so excited for Christmas!!! :D
So glad you were able to go to the concert after all.
Congrats on the 25 lbs. You always look fantastic!

Love ya!
I bailed on the concert last night, but I hope my friends got in!
I didn't realize you worked with Kazzy!
Yes I can tell! You can Kazzy both look great:)
I am totally jealous about the concert!! We went last year for the first time and are hooked! I don't think I'd care who the guest singer was... but this year it would have been especially fun. We saw Archie in concert last year and had a blast! He really is a gifted singer!!
Congrats on the 25 pounds!! You lost it... I think I found it! :)
Wow! That looks like an amazing concert!
I am so happy that you were able to attend the concert.
You look absolutely wonderful with your weight loss. Your hard work has really paid off. I hope you will take some time off over the holidays to enjoy all the goodies.
Jealous that you got to witness the awe of the MoTab magic, but glad I got to hear a portion of it - even if it was through my cell phone when you called.;)
And you look like fabulous by the way! Even without comparing to the previous picture, I can tell difference! Congratulations!! Now let's go get some cupcakes!
I heard that tickets were very hard to come by…unless you wanted to pay $150 each for them...
You look FABULOUS.
Congratulations on getting to go. It must have been wonderful.
I can SO totally see the difference. You rock girl!!! You look amazing.
So cool to get to go the that Christmas concert. I'm a little jealous.
You are so thin now! Congrats on your results.
And I don't want anyone to look at me either, but could my bra have glowed any more through my shirt???
I am so happy for you! That is a dream of mine. I am so glad you had a wonderful time.
Blessings and best wishes to you and your family for a very Merry Christmas and very happy 2011.
Natasha.
Kazzy,
Now that you mentioned your glowing bra, everyone's going to go back and click on the picture to see a close up! :-)

First things first: you look GREAT! I've never seen you in person, but the photograph comparison is obvious. Seriously - you look amazing. What a great Christmas gift to yourself!
Second: Wish I couldn't gone to that concert. It must have been wonderful, and would have really set the mood for Christmas.
Gosh, share your diet secrets...you look fantastic. I want to look as amazing.
I am not ready yet, we are still shopping. We never get it done until the day before. I am not worried or stressed out in the least. Because experience has taught me that it always turns out amazing.
Merry Christmas!!!
I was just pointing out the obvious!
LOL
I miss you already...
You must be living right to have actually gotten into the conference center for the concert. I heard it was absolute mayhem. And no matter who their guest performer is, they do an awesome job EVERY season!
I think Christmas time is a most wonderful time in the year. You have to celebrate Christmas with your family and friends. Lots of entertainment we enjoying during Christmas time.
