Through New Windows

Our home was built 38 years ago.  The original, drafty, ill-fitting, aluminum windows served

as the eyes of the house...

...until yesterday!  We got new, energy efficient windows -

to beautify our home and keep the weather out. They're easy to clean, easy to open,

and if you were to see me through these windows I'd look 20 pounds thinner! (Or so the salesman said, and I believe him)

Whether peering in, or out, these windows help the world look better! (I think they're magic)

The giveaway ends Friday night.  If you haven't entered, click here.

WE need new windows, badly. Ours get a ton of condensation in them.

What's their number. I need to loose 50 pounds, so if I redid 10 windows I might get there, ya think?

Hey, where did I find your salsa recipe? I can't find it now. Please email me. K?
I'm gonna make more. (I know, that means I gotta buy some more jars)

Congratulations on the new windows. And, hey, can I get the number for that company--I'd do almost anything to lose 20 pounds ; ) Although I'd rather have self-cleaning windows, so I guess I'll wait for those.

The new windows look great. Maybe I will be able to peer through them soon and see you.

Isn't it great to make changes on our homes even if no one else notices?

I think your house looks so different with those windows! What a transformation. How fabulous that you are doing something good for the environment too. Everyone wins!

Best wishes for a wonderful weekend,
Natasha.
PS I would have loved to have entered your give away but we don't have that store here and I wouldn't want you to be posting that precious looking necklace as it would probably get damaged. I hope you will enter my give away though!

Wow! How nice to get the new windows. It's going to be so nice this winter!!!
With all the extra money you'll save, you can take a vacation to Hawaii...as the snow is falling in Utah :)

It is great to be able to update your home - I know you are going to love your new windows, especially if they help you lose weight (lol as if you need to!).
Congrats Connie.

They look wonderful! I love looking at your landscape compared to mine. I live in the great plains...flat, flat, flat. :)

We are getting new windows, but it is a slow process since it is a one man show doing them, and it has been rainy here. Someday they will all be finished!
Your new windows look great!

LUCKY LUCKY you! I would die for new windows! Our house was built in '73 and we still have our original aluminum, double windows. Ugh.
Don't forget to claim those on your tax return!
